Genshin Impact: How to Unlock Faded Theater Domain
Faded Theater Domain is a new Domain in the Genshin Impact 4.6 update, requiring you to unlock it before entering. To unlock this Domain, you must travel by Waverider to Petrichor Island.
The new part of the map is the location that used to be gray in the middle of all areas and inaccessible. Now, if you look between Sumeru and Fontaine, you will see a Statue of the Seven point near the Faded Theater Domain icon. But it is in the middle of a large body of water east of Petrichor, how can you reach it? The easiest way to get to Petrichor is to hop on the Waverider in Bayda Harbor, Sumeru.
Summon Waverider at that location and travel to Petrichor. This journey is not too long so this is the easiest method of travel today. When you arrive, you should unlock the Statue of the Seven first so you can explore the map area. This will definitely trigger the quest “The Shadow Over Petrichor” – which is the first quest in the “Canticles of Harmony” quest series.
After exploring the map, head to the Faded Theater Domain visible on the map, just on the other side of this small island. There are no other prerequisites to unlock this Domain (other than achieving Adventure Rank 22 and completing Archon Quest Prologue: Act lll), all you have to do is interact with this Domain to unlock it!
