Note when creating a Vietnam Airlines family account
- The family account needs to have a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 10 members, including the head of household and the member being invited to join.
- Family account members include: Biological Parents, Parents-in-law, Adoptive Parents, Legally recognized guardians, Wives, Husbands, Biological Children, and Legally recognized adopted children.
- Members 18 years of age or older, who have not yet joined any family account, will be invited to invite family members to join and create a family account. The inviter will be the family account owner.
- To invite members to join a Vietnam Airlines family account, members need to have: Name, Date of Birth, BSV card number of the invited person, along with documents proving family relationship.
How to register for a Vietnam Airlines family account
Step 1: Open the Vietnam Airlines application on your phone and log in to your account. If you do not have an account, please refer to the Vietnam Airlines account registration instructions.

Step 2: Touch your name in the upper left corner of the application Home page.
Step 3: In the directory account informationselect My family and click Send invitations.
Step 4: Enter information relatives include: Full name, middle name and first name, BSV card number (click Verify to check) and Email.
After entering information, select Family relationship with invited people: Biological Children, Biological Parents, Parents-in-law, Adoptive Parents, Adopted Children, Wife or Husband.
Step 5: Proceed to upload Documents proving family relationships by pressing the button Upload and select a single image of the document. Documents proving family relationships can be marriage certificates, birth certificates, or household registration.
Step 6: After completing filling in information, press the button Continue.
Step 7: Agree to the terms of the Vietnam Airlines family account and press the button Send require. Invited members need to confirm or refuse to join the family account by clicking on the email link within 30 days (from when the head of household sends the invitation).
