How to craft a fishing rod in LEGO Fortnite
There are 4 types of fishing rods in LEGO Fortnite: Common, Uncommon, Rare and Epic. Depending on the rarity of these fishing rods, the type of fish players can catch will change. There are currently 30 different fish species in LEGO Fortnite, including Legendary Trophy fish.
Here’s how to craft each type of fishing rod in LEGO Fortnite:
- Common fishing rod (Common): 1 Wooden Rod, 2 Cord, 1 Wolf Claw
- Uncommon fishing rods (Uncommon): 2 Knotroot Rod, 3 Cord, 1 Silk Thread, 3 Wolf Claw
- Rare fishing rod: 3 Flexwood Rod, 1 Drawstring, 2 Wool Thread, 3 Sand Claw
- Epic fishing rod: 4 Frostpine Rod, 2 Drawstring, 3 Heavy Wool Thread, 3 Arctic Claw
To craft these fishing rods, the level of the Crafting Bench must match the fishing rod to be crafted. When the player receives the above ingredients in his inventory, the recipe for making a fishing rod will be unlocked.
How to catch fish in Lego Fortnite
To fish in LEGO Fortnite, craft a fishing rod, then head to any water source and Press Left Click to use. When the fish attacks the fishing line, the player needs to Hold Left Click again to successfully catch fish.
After pulling the fish out of the water, if you press the Toss option (E) means people release the fish back into the water. Wait a few seconds to get the fish and it will automatically be added to the inventory.
