Creating spooky content to attract views in Content Warning requires some tools. At first, the player only has a camera and an old flashlight, but that is not enough for a high-quality scare. The game offers gadgets to distract monsters and Huggers to heal friends by hugging them. Let’s continue reading the article to discover All Content Warning items, usage and usesmaking it easy for players to record monsters and distract them.
Content Warning items
Content warnings have 6 different item categories, each providing related items. After deploying in the lobby, move down the stairs, exit the house and look to the left. Players will find a board where these items can be purchased with money earned from views.
- Lights
- Medical
- Gadgets
- Emote
- Emote2
- Music
Lights
- Old Flashlight
- Flare
- Modern Flashlight
- Long Flashlight
- Modern Flashlight Pro
- Long Flashlight Pro
Players need a good flashlight to find their way and check dark corners for horror content. The game offers Old Flashlight at first but the battery runs out after the first day.
On this list is Flare, which is no more useful than Old Flashlight in terms of effectiveness. Modern Flashlight is capable of holding more batteries for panic-filled adventures. But if you want to capture scenes from afar or see what’s going on in the long tunnel downstairs, players will need a Long Flashlight. If you want more battery to extend usage time, buy the Pro version.
Medical
- Hugger
- Defibrillator
The way Content Warning heals himself and his teammates is too adorable for horror content. The Hugger item allows players to hug their friends and heal them. However, if they are knocked down by monsters, the player will need the Defibrillator to bring them back to life. Just don’t forget to film them when they’re tired to get more views.
Gadgets
- Goo Ball
- Shock Stick
- Boom Mic
- Clapper
This is where players can improve the quality of their content. Let’s start with Goo Ball, which can slow down monsters. Catch monsters, film your friends playing with ghosts, and use the Boom Mic to record quieter, funny, or more horrifying sounds.
Gamers can also take on the role of director in the group by bringing Clapper to the scene. Clap to start the video, clap to scare your friends,… But if you’re in trouble and monsters are trying to crush you, deal with them with the Shock Stick. Remember to record clips when chasing them.
Emote
There are 2 sections for emoji entries in Content Warning, tagged as Emote and Emote2. They share the same categories, but it seems the menu cannot contain more than 8 items per page, hence the 2 Emote menus. Now, the premise of the game is to shoot spooky things, but doing somersaults in front of a monster is also a lot of fun. Ask the videographer to record it for more views.
And those are all the Content Warning items. Not to mention, there is also a final labeled category Music, but is currently empty. It could be future content or don’t know how to unlock it yet.
